This sinus pack is nice and soft and feels great with either hot or cold temperatures. It feels a lot better than those gel packs, it molds to your face.

I have used this product for my sinus, tension and migraine headaches for more than a year, and it’s my go-to product, in combination with painkillers.
I have only used it hot, and it heats up quickly in the microwave (45 seconds) and remains hot for 15-30 minutes. The heat is a “moist” heat, which is helpful during sinus headaches. I appreciate the size and shape, as it’s easy to use on my forehead, cheeks/nose (for sinus problems) or the back of my neck. (The instructions say to not use it over the eyes when hot, though sometimes I do this when the pack has cooled off a little.)
Another commenter mentioned an offputting smell. I haven’t noticed anything like that, even with my sensitivity to smells during a migraine attack.
To me, the only improvement I would suggest is a nicer fabric as the cover–fleece seems like it would be a comfortable choice. I would also suggest a discounted 2-pack, so that I could leave one in the freezer.

I used this product when I had an allergy-related sinus infection. The sinus pack heated up well, maintained temperature, etc. The only problem is that it had a peculiar smell, and I did not like to use it. I guess it is OK if you don’t have allergies!

I love the Bed Buddy products. I have been using them for years since I began getting concerned about the EMF’s in electric heating pads. I have them in all sizes. I formerly purchased them at my local Walgreen’s…but they don’t seem to carry them any longer. This item was a little more expensive than the drugstore purchase but since they are my favorites, I bit the bullet.

I suffer from migraine headaches and this has helped several time relieve the pain developing behind my eyes. I bought an extra in case something were to happen to this one.
